Presented by JAMS

Jams Blue Green Gradient 2000x600
Date

With the reality of an extended and gradual return to a “next normal” and the likelihood of disrupted court dockets for many months, we are all contemplating how to ensure continuity of the judicial process. Join us in a discussion addressing the evolving state of court conditions and mediation’s role in expanding access to justice during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Hon. Daniel J. Buckley, Hon. Philip S. Gutierrez, Hon. Jay C. Gandhi (Ret.) and Hon. George H. King (Ret.) will unpack the implications of COVID-19, presenting a current view from the bench and the neutral perspective.

This event is part of the American Bar Association's Virtual Mediation Week (October 19 - 23, 2020).
