The Rise of ADR: Ensuring Access to Justice During the COVID-19

This program will explore the evolving state of dispute resolution during the COVID-19 crisis, addressing the needs and concerns of parties to a dispute during this time of virtual advocacy. The session will provide a view from the bench, private practice, and ADR neutral as each shares recent trends and best practices to ensure that each party has their “day in court.” Additionally, panelists will shed light on how the ADR community is adapting to “the new normal,” and constantly innovating to ensure continuity of the judicial process.
