AtlAS February Plenary Session

Join AtlAS and JAMS for the upcoming February 2022 Hybrid Plenary Session and luncheon. This meeting will feature a conversation with The Honorable Justice Hugh L. Fraser (Ret.), FCIArb, former Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice (Ottawa), recipient of the Order of Canada, Olympian (1976 Olympics), Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and recognized for his work as an international arbitrator in sports law.
Justice Fraser has served as a JAMS Mediator, Arbitrator and Referee/Special Master since 2019 and has conducted arbitrations and mediation in Canada, the United States, Australia, Brazil, Malaysia, Switzerland and throughout Europe, including virtual and remote hearings.
The conversation will be led by Nancy Baughan, partner at Parker Hudson and new member of the AtlAS Executive Committee.
