"Nuts and Bolts of Mediation and Arbitration" with Hon. John M. Mott (Ret.)

Hon. John M. Mott (Ret.) has successfully mediated, arbitrated, and served as a neutral case evaluator at JAMS in multiple matters since 2018, following more than 18 years as a judge for the District of Columbia Superior Court. In this program, he will provide a 60-minute virtual training on the nuts and bolts of mediation and arbitration practice and share his insights and perspective with attorneys seeking to enter this field as well as experienced mediation and arbitration attorneys.
