Join JAMS as a panel of arbitrators moderated by Hon. James "Jay" C. Francis IV (Ret.) discusses the arbitrator’s perspective on recent trends in commercial arbitration, including drafting arbitration clauses, discovery and motion practices, appealing final arbitration awards and best practices during virtual hearings.

The panel discussion will be followed by a 1-hour networking reception where guests will enjoy complimentary food and beverages.
