JAMS neutral Hon. Helen E. Freedman (Ret.) and other panelists will discuss critical issues regarding filling the position of Lieutenant Governor when a vacancy occurs and other constitutional concerns about the relationship between the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. Warren M. Anderson Legislative Series programs are free of charge and open to the public. CLE credits are available for practicing attorneys. Registration is required.
