Careers in Alternative Dispute Resolution: Pathways to Becoming a Neutral
November 9, 2024 | 9:15 AM-10:30 AM

Alternative Dispute Resolution is a critical segment of the legal industry that is increasing in importance in today's world. While there are tremendous opportunities in the field, the AANHPI community has been highly underrepresented within it. Systemic barriers are part of the problem. Compounding the problem is the lack of clear pathways to entry, even for the most motivated and qualified candidates. Join a panel of successful ADR professionals as they discuss their respective journeys into the field, what it takes to build and manage a dispute resolution practice, barriers to entry and the latest developments in increasing diversity in ADR.
