Additionally, JAMS neutral Gary Birnberg, Esq., FCIArb, will be moderating a panel discussion titled "Keep it Moving, Miami: Challenges Facing International Transport Companies in a Shrinking World Economy" featuring a panel of in-house counsel in the transportation industry.
