Elizabeth Carter, Esq., on May 27, 2025 for this panel addressing different topics from a U.S. institutional perspective and how it is different from other approaches in other jurisdictions, including discovery, language challenges, U.S. related litigation and the role of national courts, diversity, arbitrator appointments, AI technology, and arbitration fees. 
The program will begin at 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. ET and will be followed by networking, wine and cheese.
