The TLMT 2025 Conference will bring together judges, attorneys, and thought leaders for an in-depth look at the evolving world of mass torts and class actions. - Hon. Shashi H. Kewalramani (Ret.) and Hon. Stuart M. Rice (Ret.) will join the Judicial Roundtable on Monday, November 10, from 3:00 PM–4:30 PM, discussing “Discovery Issues and the Meet and Confer Process.” This interactive session brings together judges and practitioners to share practical insights on improving communication, cooperation, and efficiency in discovery.
