Making the Pivot: Transitioning from Advocate to ADR Professional
February 26 at 12 pm ET
This session explores the transition from advocacy to work as a mediator or arbitrator. It will provide an overview of how major alternative dispute resolution (ADR) providers in the United States develop and manage their rosters. Participants will receive practical information about commonly expected credentials, panel structures, and typical pathways for moving from advocate to neutral. The discussion is intended for practitioners interested in understanding what the transition involves and how neutral practices are built. Representatives from major U.S. ADR providers will share their perspectives and respond to questions about this area of practice.

  • Ingeuneal Gray – American Arbitration Association
  • Nancy Vastardis - CPR Dispute Resolution
  • Philicia Fletcher – FINRA
