JAMS is a proud sponsor of the NYSBA Commercial and Federal Litigation Section (COMFED) Annual Spring Meeting in Lake George, New York. JAMS neutrals Hon. Bernard J. Fried (Ret.), Hon. Sylvia Hinds-Radix (Ret.), and Hon. Anil C. Singh (Ret.) will be amongst the speakers for this annual meeting. Judge Fried will be presenting on the history of the Commercial Division during the Welcome Dinner on Friday evening; Judge Singh will be joining the panel discussion, “Appellate Practice: Beyond Brief Writing and Oral Argument” on Saturday at 9:00 am; and Judge Hinds-Radix will be giving the welcome remarks at 10:10am on Saturday.
