Judge Fried will be presenting on the history of the Commercial Division during the Welcome Dinner on Friday evening; Judge Singh will be joining the panel discussion, “Appellate Practice: Beyond Brief Writing and Oral Argument” on Saturday at 9:00 am; and Judge Hinds-Radix will be giving the welcome remarks at 10:10am on Saturday.
