San Francisco – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Jerome B. Falk, Jr., Esq. to its panel. Mr. Falk will be based in the JAMS San Francisco Resolution Center. He will serve as an arbitrator and mediator in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Employment, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Professional Liability, Real Property and Securities.
Mr. Falk has more than 46 years of experience as a commercial litigator and then as an appellate specialist in complex civil cases. Alongside his career as an advocate, Mr. Falk has been serving as an arbitrator for more than 20 years in a variety of civil matters. Throughout his career, Mr. Falk has litigated, argued on appeal and arbitrated a wide variety of cases, including copyright, trademark, real estate and finance. He was also one of the original panelists in the Northern District’s Early Neutral Evaluation program.
“Jerry’s extensive legal knowledge and experience has resulted in a reputation as a qualified and efficient arbitrator, and also equips him with the skills necessary to help achieve resolution,” said Chris Poole, JAMS president and CEO. “He will also use his vast experience to provide sound neutral evaluations and appellate evaluations in complex civil cases.
