He will be based in the JAMS Las Vegas Resolution Center and serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Employment, Family Law, Health care, Insurance, Personal Injury/Torts, Products Liability, Professional Liability and Real Property.
Mr. Gillock is recognized as one of Nevada’s top attorneys, representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from medical malpractice, defective products, automobile and other accidents. He has extensive experience in health care and insurance matters over the course of his career. He has handled a number of health care matters involving claims of fraud and abuse, billing, managed care, PPOs, HMOs, health systems, home healthcare agencies and medical staff contracts. Mr. Gillock was honored with Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV-Preeminent rating for his legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment and legal experience. In addition, he was named the Nevada Trial Lawyer Association’s “Lawyer of the Year” and selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America.
