Hon. Nancy Wieben Stock (Ret.) Joins JAMS in Orange, Calif.

New Panelist Announcement

ORANGE, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Hon. Nancy Wieben Stock (Ret.) to its panel.  Judge Stock will be based in the JAMS Orange Resolution Center and available to hear cases nationwide.  She will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and special master in a variety of disputes within multiple practice areas, including business/commercial, class action/mass tort, construction defect, environmental, family law, multidistrict litigation, real estate and securities.

An accomplished veteran of the legal industry, Judge Stock brings 24 years of experience serving on the Orange County Superior Court bench to JAMS.  In her tenure with the court, she served on the Complex Civil Panel, and also as Presiding Judge, Supervising Judge of Family Law and Presiding Judge of the Superior Court Appellate Division.  Prior to her appointment to the bench, Judge Stock worked as a federal prosecutor and in a business litigation firm.

Judge Stock received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law.
