NEW YORK – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Monique Sasson. Ms. Sasson will be based in JAMS New York and London Resolution Centers and serve as a neutral in a variety of disputes including Banking, Business/Commercial, Energy/Utility, Financial Markets and Telecommunications.
Ms. Sasson’s experience includes major, multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration proceedings. She has practiced commercial litigation and international arbitration for more than 20 years in Rome, London and New York.
With substantial experience as counsel in international arbitration cases at Studio Legale Chiomenti in Rome and Herbert Smith in London, Ms. Sasson combines practical understanding of both common and civil law traditions.

Ms. Sasson earned a Ph.D. in International Law from Cambridge University and a law degree from Guido Carli L.U.I.S.S. (Rome, Italy). She is currently a co-managing editor of Journals of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and is an adjunct lecturer at the Washington College of Law, American University.
