Ms. Hasse will be based in the JAMS San Francisco Resolution Center and serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Class Action/Mass Tort, Employment, Entertainment, Environmental, Intellectual Property, International, Professional Liability and Securities.
With more than 30 years of national and international experience, Ms. Hasse has a proven sophistication to manage a wide range of disputes. She has mediated or arbitrated more than 1,000 actions, designed resolution processes for complex international and multi-party commercial and intellectual property disputes, mentored new and foreign mediators and taught mediation, as well as IP, entertainment and comparative law.

Ms. Hasse received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Wesleyan University, her J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law and an M.A. from Berkeley’s School of Jurisprudence and Social Policy. She is also certified by the UN for special training in mediation at International Faculty of Pisa’s Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, (Advanced Studies in Human Rights and Conflict Management).
