NEW YORK – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Andrew S. Nadolna, Esq. to its panel. Mr. Nadolna will be based in the JAMS New York Resolution Center and is available nationwide as well as internationally. He will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and special master in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Class Action and Mass Torts, Construction Defect, Employment, Environmental, Insurance, Personal Injury/Torts and Professional Liability.
Mr. Nadolna brings with him 25 years of insurance industry experience as a claims executive and litigator, including 17 years in leadership positions at AIG. Most recently, he was Global Head of Casualty Claims for AIG where he was responsible for an organization of nearly 2,000 claims professionals around the world that paid roughly $9 billion per year in claims.
Mr. Nadolna has significant experience with nearly every form of claim under almost every form of liability policy including primary and excess policies, occurrence, claims made, integrated occurrence, occurrence reported, fronted deductible and other complex risk transfer arrangements. He has handled or supervised claims in all major commercial insurance markets including the U.S., U.K. and Europe, Canada, Australia, Bermuda, Singapore and Hong Kong. Mr. Nadolna is well-known in the insurance industry and brings a pragmatism to settling complex cases.
