JAMS Achieves Highest Number of Listings in the 2018 Who’s Who Legal: Mediation

JAMS once again showcases its strong transatlantic presence, achieving 18 listings across the U.S. and the U.K.

In the eighth edition of Who’s Who Legal: Mediation, 387 practitioners were featured, encompassing almost 300 firms in 51 countries. JAMS was noted as a leading firm with the highest number of neutrals featured this year. The JAMS neutrals with the highest scores in the rankings included:

Linda R. Singer, Esq., who receives praise around the world as an “excellent mediator,” is noted as a thought leader in the field and is commended for her extensive experience handling a range of disputes.

Michael K. Lewis, Esq., who is commended by peers who highlight his “well-deserved reputation as a mediator.” He has acted as a mediator for matters ranging from employment disputes to environmental issues.

Michael D. Young. Esq., who receives praise internationally as a “standout practitioner” and is frequently engaged in handling commercial, professional liability and construction disputes, among other matters.

Robert B. Davidson, Esq., a well-established figure in the U.S. market who boasts considerable experience mediating complex commercial disputes across a range of sectors, including construction and intellectual property.

Zela “Zee” Claiborne, Esq., who is described by market sources in the U.S. as a “wonderful mediator.” They also highlight her strong expertise in domestic and international business mediations.

Richard Chernick, Esq., who is a respected U.S. mediator with significant experience mediating disputes in a wide variety of areas, including the entertainment, technology and construction fields.
