LAS VEGAS – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that neutral David S. Lee, Esq., has been nominated for the Jerrold S. Oliver Award of Excellence. The award was named for retired judge Jerrold S. Oliver, who was a “founding father” in the ADR process for construction defect claims and litigation.
This award, affectionately nicknamed the “Ollie Award,” is presented to a person who has invoked the spirit of commitment, contribution, loyalty and trust for the betterment of the entire construction defect community. Mr. Lee was nominated by many of the 25,000 members of that community.
Mr. Lee has nearly 25 years of experience mediating, arbitrating and litigating complex commercial, construction, insurance and personal injury matters. As a mediator, he has helped resolve hundreds of matters. He is a founding member and managing shareholder of Lee, Hernandez, Landrum & Carlson, which has offices in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Washington, Florida and California.
We are very happy to hear that David has been nominated for this award. His dedicated and impressive work in the construction claims sector deserves this recognition, and we are honored to have him on our panel.
