Minneapolis – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Clifford M. Greene, Esq., to its panel. Mr. Greene joins JAMS after a distinguished career as one of Minnesota’s preeminent trial attorneys.
Based in the Minneapolis Resolution Center, Mr. Greene will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master/referee, handling disputes in business and commercial, civil rights, mass torts, education and schools, employment, government and public agency, personal injury and torts, and professional liability.
Mr. Greene is a well-respected and recognized authority on federal practice and procedure and has extensive experience as a mediator and arbitrator. We believe that he will make a great addition to our talented panel in Minneapolis.

Mr. Greene served as the chair of the District of Minnesota’s Local Rules Advisory Committee at the invitation of three different chief judges. He has lectured widely on federal jurisdiction, attorney-client privilege, government liability and legal writing and advocacy.
During the course of my career, I have been an advocate for ADR and have found it to be an effective way to help parties achieve resolution. I am a firm believer that there is always a solution, and I’m looking forward to applying my background and skills to this new role as a panelist at JAMS.
