JAMS Office Update: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, JAMS has made the decision to move our staff to a remote-work structure, effective immediately, in accordance with evolving federal, state and local directives.
A small team of managers will continue to be onsite at JAMS Resolution Centers to assist with moving cases forward this week. The health and safety of our employees, neutrals and clients is our highest concern. We are closely following the directives from local, state and national governments and the Centers for Disease Control to ensure we are doing everything in our power to adapt to this new environment, while continuing to serve the businesses and law firms that rely on our alternative dispute resolution services.
Our neutrals and staff will have access to technology to allow your cases to move forward utilizing a variety of options. JAMS offers several video conferencing services, which have proven to be highly effective in both mediations and arbitrations. We are currently utilizing these technologies with numerous cases, and have seen great success enabling parties to participate and engage remotely.
