JAMS Named Best Online ADR Resource in The National Law Journal “Best Of” Survey

Awards Resolution Center News

Washington, D.C. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that it was recognized as the top “Online ADR Resource” in The National Law Journal’s annual “Best Of” list.

The National Law Journal ranks the top legal products and service providers each year across several categories based on survey results from attorneys and law firm administrators in the Washington, D.C., area.

JAMS has long prioritized making the dispute resolution process accessible for all parties by integrating virtual offerings. As the COVID-19 pandemic required a rapid shift to remote work, JAMS executed a smooth transition to virtual ADR services, ensuring its neutrals and case managers were able to continue to support the needs of the legal community during this challenging time. Further recognizing the need for streamlined online access, JAMS launched JAMS Access in August, which created a secure online case management platform for neutrals, attorneys and case managers to easily access case information.

JAMS, long known for exceptional service, also offers unique benefits to attorneys and their clients resolving disputes through virtual ADR including:  neutrals experienced in resolving hundreds of cases remotely; pre-hearing training and demonstrations on technology and protocols used during virtual dispute resolution; and a skilled, remote casement management team including dedicated virtual moderators.

We are proud to have our ongoing efforts recognized as we work to ensure parties are able to have online access to our services. When the pandemic began, we saw an immediate need and opportunity to move the needle in online accessibility. Our recognition here is a testament to the ability of our neutrals and associates to quickly acclimate to this year’s challenges and maintain the trust of the legal community.

- Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO
