Nate Brooks Joins JAMS as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Brooks brings more than two decades of financial and operational experience to JAMS

Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce Nate Brooks’ appointment as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Brooks joins JAMS with more than two decades of experience in financial and operational roles, and will be based in company’s Irvine headquarters.

Mr. Brooks has worked with both public and private companies, playing an instrumental role in driving business expansions and substantial financial growth. Throughout his career, he has worked in a broad array of industries, where he has successfully launched new business lines, managed mergers and acquisitions, implemented new financial systems and led organic growth efforts.

In his role at JAMS, he will oversee the finance department and work closely with the JAMS senior management team on long-term financial planning and growth strategy.

Nate brings invaluable perspective to JAMS, with his deep expertise and multifaceted background. He has an impressive track record of leading expansion efforts and finding new ways to increase efficiency in the financial department and across the organization. We’re excited to have him join the JAMS team.

Prior to his role with JAMS, Mr. Brooks served as CFO of PeopleSpace, an interior office space solutions provider. He oversaw 250% growth in topline revenue through a merger and organic growth during his tenure with the company. He also previously served as president of financial services for the telecommunications company Mobilitie, where he played a crucial role in growing the business by building the company’s financial services segment. His prior roles include senior positions with Clearwire, during its 2013 merger with Sprint, and Washington Mutual, during its 2008 acquisition by JPMorgan Chase.

Mr. Brooks received his B.S. in accounting from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business.
