Riverside, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that the new Inland Empire Resolution Center is now open in downtown Riverside, California. The Resolution Center, now located in Citrus Towers on University Avenue, will offer expanded support for clients in the Southern California region. Its location was thoughtfully selected to optimize accessibility, as it offers immediate access to California State Route 91 and is within walking distance of state and federal courts, restaurants, hotels and public transportation.
The Inland Empire Resolution Center will offer parties the space, privacy and amenities they need throughout the in-person resolution process. Additionally, as the legal and business communities have increasingly embraced virtual ADR, we want to ensure that our resources can support not only parties in the local region, but also those appearing from around the globe.
- Chris Poole, JAMS CEO
The Inland Empire Resolution Center was designed to accommodate each type of ADR proceeding: in person, virtual and hybrid. The 9,000-square-foot facility includes a boardroom, an arbitration room, several hearing rooms and a large reception area, as well as 90-inch monitors and videoconferencing capabilities.
To ensure the comfort of parties throughout the resolution process, the Resolution Center also has a wellness room (designed for nursing mothers or anyone who may want a quiet space for meditation or yoga), a business center, JAMS Café and state-of-the-art security.
The address for the Inland Empire Resolution Center is 3390 University Avenue, Suite 450, Riverside, California 92501.
