Located in Meridian Plaza in the heart of downtown Sacramento with views of the California State Capitol and Capitol Park, the new Resolution Center has a modern look and feel. With easy access to both the 5 and 80 freeways and only 12 miles from the airport, this new Resolution Center features enhanced technology, including an inclusive Arbitration Center with assistive listening systems and large-screen TVs.
Providing first-class service in a comfortable and modern space for attorneys and their clients is a priority for JAMS. As we begin to bring cases back into our Resolution Centers, we want to ensure that the technology is state-of-the-art and the space is conducive to facilitating a smooth and efficient experience, which is especially important as we explore hybrid hearings.
