Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Keith D. Koeller, Esq., to its panel. Mr. Koeller joins JAMS following 39-year legal career as a founding partner of Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck LLP. Mr. Koeller earned a reputation for resolving complex matters by forging a consensus among divergent parties.
Based in the Orange County Resolution Center, Mr. Koeller will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master/referee handling business and commercial, construction, construction defect, insurance, personal injury and torts, and real property disputes. He is available to conduct virtual proceedings nationwide.
Mr. Koeller has a deep understanding of the construction industry and is known for his ability to view all sides of a matter. We are thrilled that he is joining our talented JAMS panel in Orange County.

In 2009, Mr. Koeller was the recipient of the prestigious Jerrold S. Oliver Award of Excellence for his outstanding contributions to the construction community, which was presented at the West Coast Casualty Conference. Additionally, he was recognized with the Larry Shyre Commitment to Service Award in 2003.
Working as both a litigator and a mediator over the years, I have developed a passion for helping parties achieve resolution. I am looking forward to continuing to assist parties with complex matters as a neutral at JAMS.
