Credentialed complex insurance professional joins JAMS as arbitrator, mediator and neutral evaluator

New Panelist Announcement

Atlanta – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Rebekah Ratliff, CCLS, to its panel. Ms. Ratliff is a credentialed commercial insurance claims professional with more than 25 years of experience in evaluating, negotiating and settling complex casualty claims loss matters, both nationwide and internationally, with settlements totaling in the millions.

Ms. Ratliff is the founder and president of Capital City Mediations LLC, a national mediation, arbitration and case consulting firm. She is a civil and domestic mediator and arbitrator, and has become a trusted dispute resolution professional in high-stakes cases and sensitive matters involving high-profile individuals.

Based in the Atlanta Resolution Center, Ms. Ratliff will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and neutral case evaluator, handling disputes in insurance, business and commercial, products liability, personal injury and torts, government and public agency, securities and construction defect.

Ms. Ratliff has built a reputation on her masterful navigation of the negotiation process and is nationally recognized for her work in the ADR field. Her experience, combined with her extensive expertise dealing with insurance matters, will enable her to transition successfully into this new role as a neutral at JAMS.

Ms. Ratliff is a nationally sought-after presenter and lecturer in the legal and insurance industries on topics relevant to ADR, case evaluation, negotiation strategies and diversity and inclusion. Ms. Ratliff is the 2nd vice chair of the National Bar Association’s ADR Section and the Diversity Committee co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section. She has been recognized nationally for her work in the ADR field, and she speaks Spanish fluently and operates internationally.
