JAMS Announces Renovations to Three Bay Area Resolution Centers

Redesigned facilities offer modernized approach to support alternative dispute resolution experience for parties

Resolution Center News

San Francisco –JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that renovations have recently been made to the San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Walnut Creek Resolution Centers. The renovations at each center were designed to prioritize efficiency, security and comfort, with the goal of enhancing the experience for both clients and neutrals throughout the dispute resolution process.

Designed to meet the increased need for virtual and hybrid ADR sessions, each facility has state-of-the-art technology to support videoconferencing across a variety of platforms. Further, there is additional space and accommodations for in-person sessions. The Resolution Centers also feature increased security and privacy measures, including the ability for clients to grant access to an arbitration room through a keyless entry system.

As we continue to transition to in-person and hybrid proceedings, we are excited to welcome clients, neutrals and staff to the newly renovated San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Walnut Creek Resolution Centers. Renovations in each center support the needs of all individuals who will be occupying these facilities, with particular attention given to ensuring comfort, security and seamless proceedings. We sought to create a more modern environment that was both open and inviting, while still offering the privacy and quiet that parties may need. We are honored to continue to serve the Bay Area legal community, and we believe that these renovations reinforce our commitment to providing the highest levels of client service.

- Chris Poole, JAMS CEO

All three centers have amenities to directly support the comfort of clients and neutrals, including lounges, wellness rooms and signature JAMS cafés with high-top seating and an array of high-quality coffee and snacks. The San Francisco Resolution Center will also include an international arbitration center. Additionally, the centers will be equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi networks and additional power outlets in conference room tables and chairs.
