Boston – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is proud to announce that it has relocated its Boston Resolution Center. Located at One Boston Place, the new location offers stunning views of the Custom House, Boston Harbor, Boston Common and the Charles River.
The design features a modern but timeless executive aesthetic with open spaces that promote circulation and natural light. The center also includes conference rooms that are outfitted to support in-person, virtual and hybrid proceedings; secure arbitration rooms for confidential cases or documents; and luxury ancillary seating throughout for clients and neutrals. The largest arbitration room features side-by-side 86-inch monitors to allow for viewing documents on one screen and parties on the other.
We are excited to welcome attorneys and their clients to the new Boston Resolution Center. Providing first-class service in a comfortable and modern space for attorneys and their clients is a top priority for JAMS. The office is thoughtfully designed and features the space, amenities and technology to support seamless virtual, in-person and hybrid proceedings, which is essential for today’s changing work environment.
- Chris Poole, JAMS CEO
At its new location, the Resolution Center has 12 conference rooms, six of which offer video capabilities; outlets in all conference rooms; and a centrally located wireless printing niche. The space was designed to promote comfort for all parties throughout the dispute resolution process and offers seating areas outside of conference rooms, a Wellness Room, a client lounge, signature JAMS Café with a variety of high-quality snack and beverage options, and a scheduling and marketing monitor within the reception area.
The address for the new Boston Resolution Center is 201 Washington Street, Suite 3300 Boston, MA 02108.
