Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Claude M. Stern, Esq., to its panel. Mr. Stern joins JAMS with over 40 years of experience as a trial lawyer and litigator. He was the lead trial counsel in numerous precedent-setting cases within the intellectual property field. He also has had substantial experience in litigating and settling technology performance class-action cases, particularly involving allegations of defective software and hardware, and has spoken widely on the subject.
Based in the Silicon Valley Resolution Center, Mr. Stern will serve as a mediator, arbitrator, special master/referee and neutral evaluator, handling intellectual property, technology, product liability, gaming industry, artificial intelligence and international cases. He is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients across the country.
Mr. Stern is known within the legal community for his strategic and tactical approach to taking on thorny cases and navigating complex matters while instilling confidence and trust in his clients. His depth of experience has elevated him to the top of his class within the intellectual property space and beyond.
