Recipients of this year’s awards will be announced on October 5 at the Women in Business Awards Luncheon & Program. Each year, five exceptional women in the Orange County community are recognized for their business and professional contributions and accomplishments.
A profile in the publication’s Women in Business Special Report commends Ms. Taylor’s commitment to helping JAMS maintain its professional excellence and values, which are critical in its important role in the alternative dispute resolution industry. The profile also notes Ms. Taylor’s success at the company, starting as a general manager of a branch office in 1999 and ultimately being promoted to President in 2021.

Ms. Taylor’s promotion to President in 2021 followed several years of rapid elevation at the company and her leadership in significant expansion initiatives across the nation. She quickly moved from general manager to the role of Associate General Counsel, and played an integral role in JAMS expansion, opening branch offices in Philadelphia, Atlanta and New York. In 2005, Ms. Taylor was promoted to Vice President and Associate General Counsel and in 2011, she was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Operating Officer.
