London – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that the organization has been recognized for the second year in a row as the Mediation Firm of the Year by Lexology Index, formerly known as Who’s Who Legal (WWL). The Lexology Index Awards ceremony took place on Nov. 7 at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London.
Lexology Index provides a comprehensive listing of top legal professionals based on peer reviews, client feedback and rigorous evaluation criteria. Each year, extensive research and surveys within the legal industry are conducted, and outstanding lawyers, attorneys and law firms are recognized in over 70 jurisdictions worldwide.
“We are thrilled that JAMS has once again earned this well-deserved recognition for the continuous efforts that our panelists invest in client service. Across the globe, the dedication and efficiency of our panelists and associates set our organization apart, and I am confident that we will continue to uphold unmatched standards for ADR services on a global scale.”
Kimberly Taylor, JAMS CEO and president
Firm awards are determined by the number of its members that are featured in the publication, as well as by the number of nominations its practitioners have received during the course of the research. In judging the awards, Lexology Index studies the nominations made by clients and fellow professionals, with its bespoke database weighing each recommendation according to the standing of the nominator.
Additionally, 23 JAMS neutrals have been recognized in the Lexology Index: Commercial Mediation 2024 report and Lexology Index Thought Leaders: USA report under the “commercial mediation” category.
