Linda M. Burrow, Esq., Joins JAMS in Century City
Seasoned former law firm partner and in-house legal executive joins JAMS as a mediator, arbitrator, court-appointed neutral (special master/referee) and neutral evaluator
Century City, Calif. – JAMS, the premier provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Linda M. Burrow, Esq., has joined its panel. Ms. Burrow brings more than 25 years of experience resolving complex, high-stakes disputes.
Ms. Burrow most recently served as vice president and global head of litigation at Netflix from 2021 to 2025, following her role as director of litigation from 2018 to 2021. At Netflix, she was responsible for advising senior executives and developing dispute resolution strategies. She previously worked at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and spent more than a decade at Caldwell, Leslie & Proctor, PC. She began her legal career at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP after clerking on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Based in the Century City Resolution Center, Ms. Burrow will serve as a mediator, arbitrator, court-appointed neutral (special master/referee) and neutral evaluator, handling business and commercial, employment, entertainment, intellectual property, and international and cross-border matters. She is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients across the country and internationally.

Ms. Burrow has a long history of pro bono legal work, and has been recognized by the ACLU Foundation of Southern California for her contributions to First Amendment and civil rights–related initiatives.
Outside of her legal work, Ms. Burrow has been deeply involved in her local community, including more than a decade of service with the Armory Center for the Arts. During her tenure, she was president from 2018 to 2021, later serving on its board of directors and chairing the Budget and Investment Committee. She has also held leadership roles with Bet Tzedek Legal Services.

Ms. Burrow earned her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her B.S., High Honors, from Oregon State University.
