This webinar will bring a unique take on the current dialogue around diversity, equity, and inclusion as it relates to the legal profession. It will feature the perspectives of four individuals of color who have navigated their way from distinguished careers on the bench to their current roles as accomplished mediators and arbitrators. They will discuss how race has and continues to play a role in the courts, in ADR, in community policing, and in our society at large. The panelists will share their personal journeys along with their thoughts on this moment in time and ways that the legal industry can play its part in confronting the challenges and opportunities before us. This will be an interactive session which will allow attendees to share their thoughts and ask questions of the panelists.
