Join a Lunch & Learn review of key changes to JAMS' recently revised and updated Comprehensive and Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures, effective June 1, 2021. Updates incorporated into these sets of Rules reflect the latest developments and trends in arbitration, including measures that support flexibility and lessons learned from the legal world’s transition to virtual and hybrid proceedings. The Rules include language to align electronic filing functionality and provide for the arbitrator’s authority to conduct hearings in person, virtually or in a combined form, and with participants in more than one geographic location. Bring your questions for the post-presentation interactive Q&A session!
