You are invited to attend the 33rd Annual Meeting of the ACCL, a two-day conference during which esteemed faculty members will share lessons learned over the course of their careers as respected, experienced leaders in the field of construction law.

 will lead a panel discussion and workshop analyzing the ethical implications and the detrimental impact of implicit bias in mediation and arbitration.

The ACCL is an international organization of invited lawyers who have demonstrated skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice or teaching of construction law. The ACCL provides advanced professional workshops and educational programs to its Fellows and identifies and contributes to the solution of major construction industry legal problems. Founded in 1989, its mission is to improve and enhance the practice and understanding of construction law and to promote the positive role of lawyers as “friends of the construction project.”
