Please join Hon. Glen M. Reiser (Ret.) for a presention on "Subtrust Allocation for the Litigator." There is an increasing degree of costly ligation surrounding subtrust allocation decisions (or lack of decision) by a surviving co-settlor. While these concerns are working the “wheelhouse” of the estate planner, the fallout from such decisions can be daunting to a trust litigator. This course will help the litigator appreciate how these issues arise and why they should be alert to the impacts of a controversial allocation.
