New York Arbitration Week 2023

JAMS is a proud participant and supporter of New York Arbitration Week (NYAW). JAMS will be hosting a panel discussion titled "Digital Dilemma: Adapting Arbitration to Technology Evolution – A NY Perspective" on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM ET at the JAMS New York Resolution Center in Midtown Manhattan. Robert B. Davidson, Esq., FCIArb will be giving his opening and closing remarks and Ryan Abbott, M.D., Esq., FCIArb will be a speaker on the panel discussion. 

Later that evening, JAMS Director of Diversity Outreach, Joanne Saint Louis, will be speaking on a panel hosted by ArbitralWomen. Panelists will share insights on the extent to which differing cultural backgrounds of parties, counsel and arbitrators in an international arbitration influences their arbitration advocacy style. 

Additionally, on November 15, 2023, JAMS neutral Conna A. Weiner, Esq., FCIArb will join a panel of speakers providing insights into the current issues in pharmaceutical and life sciences disputes.
