JAMS is pleased to be a sponsor for the ADR Section of the Florida Bar's 2nd Virtual Arbitration Institute. JAMS Florida neutrals Judge Joseph Farina (Ret.) and Patricia Thompson will participate as faculty for the institute which will help arbitration advocates develop proficiency in the ever-evolving world of arbitration. Patricia Thompson will participate in the 9:15 a.m. roundtable addressing the challenges of unethical conduct in arbitration, while Judge Farina will join a 2 p.m. panel discussing how attorneys can improve their process and advocacy in arbitration.
