Shades of Mass, founded in 2022, is a first-of-its-kind organization – dedicated to advocating for and facilitating the involvement in mass tort litigations, along with appointment of Black and Brown attorneys to leadership roles in federal and state-based centralized civil actions. Through mentorship, advocacy, networking, and education, we are ushering in a new era of broad and diverse representation for those impacted across our great nation. Shades of Mass seeks to increase diversity in MDL leadership through mentorship, advocacy, networking and education. Our founders share the ultimate goal to provide opportunities and advantages to qualified attorneys of color.
