The FBA Women in Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Courts, will take place on March 19, 2026, from 10:30–12:00 ET and will be held in person in New York City with a virtual attendance option available. Attendance is free and open to all interested participants. This program will examine how judges and court leaders support access to justice and advance the rule of law through innovative practices in courthouses around the world. 

Join JAMS neutral, Giuseppe De Palo, Esq., who will be speaking on a panel titled "Women in Dispute Resolution and the Courts" presented by the Federal Bar Association on March 19 at 10:00 AM ET in New York City. The panel will explore how judges, and specifically women, support access to justice and advance the rule of law through innovative means in courthouses worldwide.
