The move greatly expands JAMS presence in Las Vegas and signals its commitment to the legal market in the state and region. It also addresses the need for more space as the number of disputes grows. With more than 20 conference and caucus rooms, the new office includes an enlarged business center for clients, a sound buffering system for complete privacy between rooms and the signature JAMS Café with refreshments and snacks. There are also multiple large conference rooms, suitable for multi-party cases and wired to support technological needs.
“Expanding the Las Vegas Resolution Center aligns with our goal to be the ADR provider of choice for leading attorneys and their clients,” said Chris Poole, JAMS president and CEO. “This new location has more space for multi-party disputes and we are confident our clients will find the space ideal for productivity and comfort during their mediations and arbitrations.”
The Las Vegas panel brings experience from every state court level and the bar. The mediators and arbitrators have comprehensive dispute resolution expertise across all practice areas such as Business/Commercial, Construction, Employment, Intellectual Property, Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury. The neutrals also serve as special masters, discovery and e-discovery referees and neutral evaluators. Recently, Hon. Lawrence R. Leavitt (Ret.) joined JAMS after 24 years on the federal bench.
The JAMS Las Vegas Resolution Center is located at 3800 Howard Hughes Parkway, 11th Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada.
