Chicago – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Hon. Allen S. Goldberg (Ret.) to its panel. He will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Employment, Family Law, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Personal Injury/Torts and Real Property.
Throughout his 20 years of service on the Cook County bench, Judge Goldberg has presided over a wide array of matters in the Commercial Litigation and Jury Section of the Law Division and in the Domestic Relations Division. “Judge Goldberg’s deep experience as a judge and ADR practitioner makes him uniquely suited to arbitrate or mediate complex cases.” said Chris Poole, JAMS president and CEO. “He has demonstrated a commitment to ADR by working with parties to achieve successful outcomes through dispute resolution. We are thrilled to have him join our panel.”
“I thoroughly enjoy working with parties to resolve even the most complex cases,” said Judge Goldberg. “I pride myself on being prepared and understanding the legal issues in every case in front of me.
