Washington, D.C. – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Hon. Carol Park-Conroy (Ret.) to its panel. Judge Park-Conroy will be based in the JAMS Washington, D.C. Resolution Center. She will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of areas including Business/Commercial, Construction and Government/Public Agency.
Prior to joining JAMS, Judge Park-Conroy was an Administrative Judge on the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) for more than 20 years. Judge Park-Conroy has extensive experience as a mediator, case evaluator and arbitrator and became one of the most sought-after dispute resolution neutrals at the ASBCA. She regularly served as a neutral in proceedings involving variety of federal construction, supply and service contracts, most of which involved many millions of dollars.

Judge Park-Conroy received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and her J.D., with honors, from George Washington University Law School. She is a frequent speaker and author of articles addressing federal government contract issues and board practice and procedures, in particular ADR.
