Additionally JAMS panelist, Scott J. Silverman was voted in as one of the top three mediators. This is the fifth year in a row that JAMS has ranked first in this survey. Both JAMS and Mr. Silverman were named to the DBR’s Hall of Fame.

The survey ranked the top three ADR firms and mediators, as voted by the publication’s readers.
