JAMS Recognized as Top “Online ADR Resource” in Connecticut Law Tribune’s “Best Of” Survey

Awards Resolution Center News

New York – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that it was named the top “Online ADR Resource” in the Connecticut Law Tribune’s annual “Best Of” list.

The Connecticut Law Tribune ranks the top legal products and service providers each year across several categories based on survey results from attorneys and law firm administrators in New England.

JAMS has long prioritized making the dispute resolution process accessible for all parties by integrating virtual offerings. As the COVID-19 pandemic required a rapid shift to remote work, JAMS executed a smooth transition to virtual ADR services, ensuring its neutrals and case managers were able to continue to support the needs of the legal community during this challenging time. Further recognizing the need for streamlined online access, JAMS launched JAMS Access in August, which created a secure online case management platform for neutrals, attorneys and case managers to easily access case information.

JAMS, long known for exceptional service, also offers unique benefits to attorneys and their clients resolving disputes through virtual ADR, including neutrals who have resolved hundreds of cases remotely; pre-hearing training and demonstrations on technology and protocols used during virtual dispute resolution; and a skilled remote case management team including dedicated virtual moderators.

The hard work of our neutrals and case managers is an integral part of the trust we’ve built in the New England region and nationally, particularly as the legal community faces such a challenging time. We are pleased to be recognized for the way our neutrals and staff are rising to the challenge and supporting the needs of lawyers and their clients.

- Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO
