Las Vegas JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that neutral David S. Lee, Esq., has been nominated for the Jerrold S. Oliver Award of Excellence, presented annually by West Coast Casualty’s Construction Defect Seminar. The award is named for the late Judge Jerrold S. Oliver, who is known as a “founding father” of the ADR process for construction defect claims and litigation.

This award, affectionately nicknamed the “Ollie Award,” is presented to a person who has invoked the spirit of commitment, contribution, loyalty and trust for the betterment of the entire construction defect community. Mr. Lee was nominated by several members of that community for his extensive experience in and commitment to resolving construction defect matters. Members of the construction defect community who are interested in voting for one of the nominees for the 2021 Ollie Award can do so here. The deadline is September 1, 2021.

Mr. Lee has more than 25 years of experience mediating, arbitrating and litigating complex commercial, construction, insurance and personal injury matters. As a mediator, he has helped resolve hundreds of matters. He is a founding member and managing shareholder of Lee, Hernandez, Landrum & Ingle Attorneys at Law, which has offices in Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Washington.

The award will be presented at the 2021 West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar, set to take place in Las Vegas from October 6 to 8, 2021. The recipient will receive a plaque citing his or her achievement, and a donation in the recipient’s name will be made to Habitat for Humanity.
