JAMS Announces Renovations to San Diego Resolution Center

Redesigned facility offers modern, comfortable space to support alternative dispute resolution experience

Resolution Center News

San Diego, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the renovation of its San Diego Resolution Center. The renovations promote a more streamlined, comfortable and secure experience for all parties as they navigate the dispute resolution process.

To support the demand for virtual and hybrid ADR proceedings, the facility features enhanced videoconferencing capabilities and four dedicated Zoom rooms, along with technological upgrades such as power sources built-in to all conference room tables.

We renovated the San Diego Resolution Center with an eye toward providing a second-to-none experience for our clients, neutrals and staff. As the needs of the legal community continue to shift and as more parties embrace hybrid proceedings, we’ve made it a priority to meet those needs while providing a comfortable, welcoming environment for everyone who visits the Resolution Center.

- Chris Poole, JAMS CEO

The renovated and modernized space includes open spaces to promote greater circulation and let in more daylight. The space now has 10 conference rooms as well as luxury seating throughout for clients and neutrals. It also features a wellness room, wireless printing niche and JAMS Café offering high-quality coffee and snacks.
