Compiled annually, the list showcases an elite representation of African American men and women who have been recognized for their executive and business leadership in national and global-leading corporations. Savoy magazine is a leading African American business and lifestyle magazine.

Mr. Smalls oversees marketing and communications strategy globally and provides leadership to the managers tasked with business development responsibilities. His extensive marketing background includes advertising, branding, market research, public relations, website development and online marketing.

Mr. Smalls currently chairs the JAMS Diversity Committee and serves on the JAMS Foundation board. The JAMS Foundation is the largest and most long-standing private funder of conflict prevention and dispute resolution initiatives in the U.S. and around the world. He is also the Orange County chapter president of the CMO Club, a global network of engaged CMOs helping each other solve challenges in a candid and trustworthy environment.
